CITY OF VIGAN

Ilocos Sur, Philippines

Vigan is the capital city of Ilocos Sur and is located on the west coast of Northern Luzon.  It is the oldest surviving Spanish colonial city in the Philippines.  It is well-known for its cobblestone streets, colonial houses made of bricks and the unique European atmosphere.
